THE ROKT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bruce Buchanan
CEO
Bruce Buchanan is the co-founder, CEO and Chairperson of Rokt.
Prior to Rokt, Bruce held the role of Group CEO, Jetstar. Jetstar is the leading low fares airline in Asia with international and domestic operations in 16 countries across Asia-Pacific. During his time at Jetstar, Bruce was responsible for growing the team to more than 7000+, with revenue in excess of $3 billion. Bruce was instrumental in Jetstar’s Australian and global success, writing the original business case through to designing the world’s first long-haul low cost model, Jetstar international. He was also the chief architect of Jetstar’s APAC pan-Asian strategy, building a successful business across Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan.
The seed idea for Rokt grew from Bruce’s time working as CEO for Jetstar. Bruce identified that taking a consumer on a purchase journey with a personally relevant checkout experience presented a significant opportunity being underserved by the technology community, and so he set about building the solution. Prior to joining Jetstar, Bruce worked for The Boston Consulting Group for five years where he was regarded as one of the global leaders in their consumer practice area.
Bruce has a Civil Engineering Degree from The University of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration from The Australian Graduate School of Management and the Anderson School at UCLA.
Bruce currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and children and their border collie dog, Izzy.

Deputy Chief Commercial Officer
As Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, Holly leads and executes the strategy for Rokt’s global account management teams.
Holly started her career at Rokt as a Commercial Director, based in the Los Angeles office. The incredible growth of the business has brought Holly, along with her husband, Adam, and their black lab, Layla, to the Big Apple. Holly subsequently led the account team for Rokt’s global Ticketing clients before moving into SVP of Customer Success, and then Deputy Chief Commercial Officer.
Prior to joining Rokt, Holly spent her career in the fast-paced startup world of early-stage tech businesses in Los Angeles. Don’t let the American accent fool you, Holly was actually born in Sydney and has dual Australian-American citizenship. She holds degrees from the Marshall School of Business and Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at the University of Southern California.

Stuart FitzRoy
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product & Engineering Officer, Stuart directs all product and engineering-related activities at Rokt in collaboration with strategic partners. He joined Rokt in 2015.

While there, Stuart worked with clients on technology projects across a range of sectors including travel and tourism, infrastructure and mining. He has expertise in digital technology, commercial strategy, distribution, sourcing and procurement.
In the middle of his tenure at BCG Stuart left to join Jetstar, the low fares airline serving the Asia-Pacific region. He was responsible for distribution and product management of the airline’s technology platform for booking, payment and check-in. He returned to BCG after helping to grow the Jetstar Group from concept to $1 billion in revenue.
Stuart holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance as well as a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
