Celebrating Women Inspiring Change: Lighting Up the Nasdaq Tower for Women’s History Month

This Women’s History Month, Rokt proudly celebrated women shaping the future of business, technology, medicine, art, and design. On March 25, the faces of 40 inspiring women lit up the Nasdaq Tower in New York City’s Times Square, acknowledging their remarkable achievements and influence in various industries. The tribute highlighted trailblazers from our broader community, clients, partners, and Rokt team members who are breaking barriers and paving the way for the next generation.

This moment was not just a celebration but a reflection of the belief that real progress occurs when we uplift one another and lead together. At Rokt, we understand that meaningful change happens through collaboration, one of our core values—Better Together. This celebration embodied that principle by recognizing the importance of creating space for diverse voices in leadership.

Many groundbreaking ideas in business stem from women—founders, marketers, engineers, creatives, and executives who offer unique perspectives and innovative concepts. We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone, regardless of gender, can thrive and take on leadership roles.

Spotlighting these women in one of the world’s most visible locations was a celebration and a call to action. A reminder for all of us that progress comes from visibility, recognition, and continued support of women making noise and leading change.

We’re honored to have shared this moment with such an incredible group of women and remain dedicated to building a more inclusive future.
