Expanding Rokt’s leadership with key executive appointments
We’re continuing our growth trajectory with the appointment of Srishti Gupta as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Gupta’s arrival marks another significant milestone for Rokt, as her expertise and strategic vision further strengthen the company’s mission to transform ecommerce.

Srishti Gupta brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving product strategy and growth. Having previously served as a director at Amazon, she possesses a deep understanding of building successful B2B and B2C products across various advertising channels. Her expertise encompasses search, display, connected TV, and live sports. Gupta’s strategic vision and exceptional product management skills will be instrumental as Rokt scales its product suite and continues to deliver exceptional results.

The addition of Srishti Gupta to the leadership team is complemented by the appointments of Craig Galvin as CRO and Josh DeFrain as CISO. Galvin, previously serving as Rokt’s SVP of Business Development, will now lead the company’s global business development teams. With over 25 years of experience in business development, including key roles at MTTR and Yahoo! Australia, Galvin’s strategic leadership and industry expertise will drive Rokt’s global expansion and foster strategic relationships with key accounts.
Josh DeFrain, an accomplished information security executive, assumes the role of the first-ever CISO at Rokt. With a background as the CISO of Flatiron Health and Global Cyber Security Operations Director at Capital One, DeFrain brings a wealth of experience in building robust security programs. His leadership and expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding Rokt’s assets and ensuring data security remains a top priority.
