Rokt Welcomes Alisha Palmowski as the new 2025 Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme Driver

We’re thrilled to welcome Alisha Palmowski as the new Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme driver. The 18-year-old British Racing Driver hails from Derbyshire. As a long-time motorsport enthusiast, Alisha started her racing career in karts in 2018. From 2019-2021, Alisha competed in the Daniel Ricciardo Series, where she was Junior Vice Champion in both 2020 and 2021. She switched to cars in 2022 with the Ginetta Juniors Series, and in 2024, she was selected as the BRDC Rising Star while also becoming the GB4 Vice Champion in her first year in single-seaters.
Alisha had a successful debut in F1 Academy as the Qatar Wild Card entrant, placing fifth in the only contested race of the weekend. Following her debut, Alisha secured her next step in single-seaters with a full-time seat with the Red Bull family for 2025. Alisha is already preparing for the challenge, working in the simulator and with the Team to hit the ground running for the 2025 season.

“I am incredibly excited and honored to be joining the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Programme in F1 Academy for 2025. Oracle Red Bull Racing is one of the best teams on the grid, and to see the talent they have brought through the doors and to get to be a part of that next generation is something that I could never have imagined. The Team has been incredibly supportive so far, and I can’t wait to get fully underway with them in 2025 with the ultimate goal of winning the championship.” – Alisha Palmowski

As we gear up for another exciting season, we want to reflect on all we accomplished together in our first year as Team Partner of the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme.

2024 in review

We kicked off the 2024 season at Nasdaq, ringing the opening bell during Women’s History Month. The event marked the expansion of our partnership and highlighted the teams trailblazing driver, Hamda Al Qubaisi. Surrounded by inspiring women from all industries, we celebrated our partnerships joint commitment to fostering diversity in Formula 1 and supporting women in STEM.

During the Miami Grand Prix, we hosted our first-ever Women Who Rokt Summit. The event brought together trailblazing women from the world of motorsports and business. Held in partnership with the Red Bull Academy Programme, the summit highlighted the journey towards inclusivity and empowerment in racing and leadership.

The evening included inspiring conversations. The first panel focused on the dynamic pursuit of equality in motorsports. It showcased how F1 Academy is not only breaking barriers but also reshaping the narrative of women in these industries. The panelists included Sarah Harrington, Red Bull Academy Team Manager, and the incredible female drivers (who are also sisters): Hamda Al Qubaisi, Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme Driver, Amna Al Qubaisi, Visa Cash App RB Academy Programme Driver. The other panels included female industry leaders from Hello Sunshine, Vital Voices, Forbes, F1 Academy, and Rokt, and a discussion with leaders from Visa and Ford around shaping the future of women’s sports.

Over the summer, we held a panel at the Female Quotient Equality Lounge at Cannes Liones on how women leaders transform sports and STEM. The panel included Susie Wolff, Managing Director of F1 Academy, and Hamda Al Qubaisi.

Charging ahead

The 2025 F1 Academy season promises to be thrilling, with fourteen races across seven global locations, including China, Saudi Arabia, Miami, Canada, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Las Vegas. As we look forward to the 2025 F1 Academy season, the addition of Alisha to the Red Bull Academy Programme marks an exciting new chapter in the development of female talent in racing. At Rokt, we believe that diversity drives innovation, both in technology and on the racetrack. As we continue our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, we look forward to supporting these talented young drivers and contributing to a more inclusive future in motorsports and beyond.

“By supporting the Red Bull Academy Program, we’re building on the successful partnership Rokt first launched with Red Bull Racing last year to foster diversity across sport, technology and business globally.” – Elizabeth Buchanan
