The Commercial Director – APAC will own and execute ROKT’s strategic partnership strategy across Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. Based out of our Sydney office, he/she will be responsible for initiating, developing, and nurturing strategic partnership opportunities across multiple digital verticals. This role will place you at the forefront of the digital landscape by helping a high growth global startup continue it’s fast pace market trajectory through supporting the senior management team with prospecting, pitching and closing new world class partnership deals across APAC and growing the existing partnership opportunities within the ROKT portfolio.
You have a sharp, analytical mind that can solve complex problems, have a high attention to detail that can support the development of market leading proposals and pitch documents, can proactively manage and nurture active pipelines and coordinate, secure and strategically prepare meetings and supporting documentation for decision makers. You can build new strategic relationships with targeted prospects in the digital and mobile space. You can grow existing partnership accounts and work with the ad sales team to identify advertising opportunities across our partnership network.
Working closely with key members of the global leadership team, you will be exposed to new commercial strategies for monetising and driving effective new business outcomes for the world’s largest e-commerce players, pushing the boundaries of digital e-commerce services and the online monetization industry.
This key position at ROKT will be focused on increasing revenue and access to partner inventory supply by forging and nurturing new strategic business opportunities through all potential digital channels within the ROKT partner marketplace. Measured on quality outputs that meet strategic partnership objectives and the execution of growth strategies to support company forecasts and long term partnership goals.

5+ years experience with proven track record of success in the digital landscape
Strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organisation.
Strong design, proposal and presentation development skills a plus
Polished, articulate and credible when communicating with partners in business and social settings
Digital media and emerging marketing/ad tech subject matter expertise/understanding
Strong sales, prospecting background a plus
Entrepreneurial background, attitude or ambition is a plus
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. Post-graduate degree not a requirement but well received.
Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will be the first dedicated HR professional at ROKT, working within the broader Finance + HR team (and reporting to the Head of Finance + HR). This role is best suited to a recent graduate (from a related field) or someone who has 1-2 years experience.
The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of human resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of HR projects and operations.
The role will act as a first point of contact to attend to, and effectively answer all ROKT staff queries relevant to Human Resources.
The role will provide support to the Head of Finance + HR (and team) in the development, implementation and review of HR initiatives at ROKT. This will involve special projects and the general administration of benefits, payroll, training and development, legal compliance, and other human resource issues.
Key Responsibilities include:
Respond to HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
Maintain records of personnel-related data & ensure all employment requirements are met
Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, guiding staff in interview techniques, as required by hiring managers.
Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents; including management of visa applications
Responsible for the new hire setup and employee exit process
Maintain and refine the onboarding processes across the Group and perform induction sessions as required
Monitor and maintain the ROKT presence on key hiring sites such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Assist in the administration documentation of the ROKT Participant Share Scheme
Providing written and verbal employment verifications.
Assist in the creation of training manuals, HR manual, employee handbook and ROKT Organisation Charts.
Coordinating and setting-up training classes or company wide meetings + agendas.
Coordinating probationary and annual performance appraisal processes, including pay reviews, ratings and bonus reviews
Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide annual surveys conducted.
Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
Assisting in preparation of special events such as Year End Celebration and other office or company gatherings.
Serve as back-up for payroll processing, if finance team member responsible is unavailable.
Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field); education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
High level of proficiency with MS Office.

Well organised with strong time management skills.
