Velocity Frequent Flyer, the frequent flyer program of Virgin Australia, partnered with Rokt to launch an acquisition campaign on Rokt’s premium marketplace.


Rokt leveraged its platform by inviting consumers to join Velocity’s loyalty program just after they made an online purchase. Rokt fed member details into Velocity’s API after consumers consented to join. To drive higher engagement rates, Rokt used Acquire Prime—our premium position—which moved the Velocity offer further up in the consumer path to purchase.
