Forest Holidays partnered with Rokt and dotmailer to run a socio-demographic targeted email referral campaign. The campaign promoted spring breaks, special offers, and the opportunity to subscribe to email newsletters on confirmation pages following an e-commerce purchase. Rokt’s integration with dotmailer allowed consumers who opted in to be seamlessly onboarded into a targeted welcome program.

A leading U.S. airline wanted to test its internal hotel offerings against Rokt’s confirmation page solution to drive ancillary revenue and improve attachment rates from customers who are booking a hotel after purchasing a flight.

The airline challenged its internal hotel offerings solution against Rokt. Rokt displayed brand messaging to 50% of the airline’s traffic after customers bought a ticket online. Using its premium offer position, Rokt enticed customers to opt in to the hotel’s offer and drove conversions by sending personalized messages timed to customers’ specific travel dates.

Since Rokt offered stronger results and didn’t cannibalize the airline’s existing hotel relationships, the airline then used Rokt to power 100% of brand messaging on the confirmation page.

Velocity Frequent Flyer, the frequent flyer program of Virgin Australia, partnered with Rokt to launch an acquisition campaign on Rokt’s premium marketplace.

Rokt leveraged its platform by inviting consumers to join Velocity’s loyalty program just after they made an online purchase. Rokt fed member details into Velocity’s API after consumers consented to join. To drive higher engagement rates, Rokt used Acquire Prime—our premium position—which moved the Velocity offer further up in the consumer path to purchase.

Cheapflights, a flight search and comparison website, sought to acquire customers and capture email addresses in new and existing markets.

Rokt tested creative to understand which yielded the best conversion. It launched campaigns in the U.S., U.K., and Australia to add email addresses to Cheapflights’ database. Rokt analyzed open, click through, and unsubscribe rates to identify the best performing demographics in each market.

A U.S. hotel aggregator wanted to build its database across North America, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. It also sought to increase brand awareness and gain share of mind with consumers in an active buying mindset.
