A behind-the-scenes look into our hiring process
We are excited that you are considering joining our team! For transparency, we wanted to give you an overview of our hiring process.

Our People team will reach out to invite you to complete a 15-minute Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. You can read more about what to expect here.

Based on your application and score, someone from the hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory call to get to know you better and answer your questions about the company and the role. This person will be your guide throughout the process.

While the exact process diverges depending on the specific role—with certain roles asking for a work product or presentation—all roles involve a series of interviews with the hiring team.This stage of the process is an opportunity for you to meet the people with whom you would be working most closely.

In the Leadership interview, you will have a conversation with an executive. The purpose of this final interview is to further explore how your values align with Rokt's, understand how you think and approach challenges, and determine how you will help Rokt level up.

If we find you are a match, you’ll get a call offering you the role. While we wish we could hire every great candidate who comes our way, the reality is that not everyone makes it through. Rokt’stars are onsite four days a week, with one day per week to work from anywhere. One of our core values is “Better Together.” We are at our best when we foster collaboration and enjoy spending time together.

We typically hire early in the spring semester for internships that start in the summer.
