ROKT ACQUIRES B2B
In September 2019, Rokt, the global leader in e-commerce marketing technology, announced its acquisition of OfferLogic, a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace whose clients include Staples, GoDaddy, Yelp, Google and Vistaprint.
Effective immediately, the two companies have merged under the Rokt brand, further advancing the next generation of e-commerce technology. The acquisition ensures greater access to transformational industry technology for business-to-consumer (B2C), and now, B2B brands.

Who is OfferLogic?
OfferLogic is a B2B marketplace whose clients include Staples, GoDaddy, Yelp, Google and Vistaprint. The OfferLogic technology operates in a similar way to the Rokt technology, enhancing user experiences by combining complex decisioning with native campaign placements; strengthening the engagement of all users and ultimately introducing businesses to relevant products and services.
Why did Rokt acquire OfferLogic?
Rokt’s overarching vision is to transform e-commerce and pioneer the next generation of e-commerce technology. The acquisition of OfferLogic accelerates Rokt’s investment in research and development and unlocks an opportunity to amplify the impact of Rokt technology in new market sectors. Through the acquisition, Rokt has now expanded the B2B marketplace by 20X by combining it with its existing marketplace enabling Rokt clients to gain a competitive edge in both B2B and B2C.
When did the acquisition close?
The acquisition was finalized and closed on September 10, 2019.
How are the two companies operating?
OfferLogic has joined forces with Rokt and is now operating under the Rokt entity.
Both Rokt and OfferLogic will continue servicing the current products, platforms, and contracts for their existing client bases. The OfferLogic office remains and is now serving as a major Rokt operating hub.
What does this mean for OfferLogic clients?
While it’s business as usual for OfferLogic clients with the same company, team, and offering, over the next couple of months, OfferLogic clients will have complete access to Rokt’s advanced technology and expansive marketplace.
With the full support of a larger team of experts, this will unlock additional revenue streams while creating new and exciting opportunities for Offerlogic clients to achieve their marketing goals.
How will this impact the OfferLogic leadership and team?
The entire OfferLogic team is now integrated within the Rokt team led by Rokt CEO, Bruce Buchanan. Bryan Seastead will head up the Boston office and the B2B vertical inside Rokt.
How will the technologies/products be integrated?
This partnership will create a significant amount of opportunities for new and existing clients including additional campaign types, new integrations, access to the full marketplace, and increased resources.
More importantly, clients will have access to new advanced technology including Rokt’s machine learning algorithms, Insight and Incrementality solutions; delivering greater relevancy and providing deeper performance intelligence.
How will this change impact data that has been / will be collected?
As a custodian of customer and client personal data, Rokt takes the collection, processing, and management of customer and client personal data very seriously. Rokt complies with its legal obligations in all the markets in which it operates, including the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and in California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Rokt has a comprehensive information security management system (ISMS) which has been established to protect the data we process and store on behalf of our clients, and their customers. Rokt is also well progressed towards being certified against the internationally recognized information security standard (ISO 27001).
Will this affect my relationship with OfferLogic?
While the ownership of the company has changed, the OfferLogic entity remains, and as such, your relationship with OfferLogic will continue to be governed by your existing contractual agreement in place at this time. Moving forward, your account manager will present new opportunities from the broader Rokt offering to help unlock even more value for you.
